I am a mother of 3 young men, living in Trondheim, Norway. Years ago I was hospitalised for a severe attack of lupus with a small chance to survive. Today I am super healthy, active and fit, running a handful of small businesses and consulting people in lifestyle changes, helping people improve their health and wellbeing.
I have a BSc degree in nutrition and I create diets and recipes for other people with autoimmune disease and other chronic conditions. I am also a certified hypnotherapist, helping people with all kinds of issues ranging from weight problems to anxiety, performance or phobias.
In my free time I am studying, exercising, socialising and taking care of myself and my active family. My 3 young men are keeping me busy and out of the sofa, we spend a lot of time rolling around on the mat practicing fighting techniques!
