220 gram avocado (1 really big one)
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Find a ripe avocado with soft flesh. Peel it and remove the seed. Mash the avocado in a bowl, using a fork or similar. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Taste, and add more lemon juice or pepper as you wish.
