Welcome to my world of healthy lifestyle hacks! I base all my training on science-backed healthy facts. Classes, big groups or small groups, individual coaching, all both online and in person. Come to my office in Trondheim. I am happy to do nutrition consultations in Norwegian, English or Italian. I do hypnosis sessions in Norwegian or English.

Online consultations can be done through Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp or Facetime calls.
